The City of LA’s Climate Emergency Mobilization Office (CEMO), Board of Public Works, with the support of the community-led Planning Committee and the Office of the Mayor, are thrilled to invite you to the 1st Climate Equity LA (CELA) Community Assembly.
On Thursday, March 14, 2024, CEMO will host up to 150 pre-registered participants. The CELA Community Assembly will feature participatory tabletop dialogues, healing circles, music, food, and visual storytelling, and will prioritize community input for equitable climate solutions, in alignment with the City of Los Angeles.

Our goal is to align frontline community climate justice priorities with the City’s equitable climate policies and plans by creating participatory experiences and dialogues that will then inform and be shared with various City Departments and the Office of the Mayor through CEMO.
